I have cared too much about food for most of my conscious life. I love how glorious it can be and how mundane it usually is. It’s the first thing I ask strangers about because I think everyone, even if they don’t realize it, has an interesting story.

Hence, I’m astounded by how few publications embody both the culinary and the literary.
